1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoAI is a platform that allows users to create, deploy, and manage AI-powered agents. The Service includes agent creation, API endpoints, scheduled automation, webhook integrations, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Service requires API keys from third-party LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). You are responsible for your own API key usage and any charges from those providers. AutoAI stores your keys securely and only uses them server-side to make LLM calls on your behalf.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create agents that generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. Service Tiers and Limits

The free tier includes up to 2 active agents and 50 runs per month. Paid plans offer higher limits. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of content you create through the Service, including agent configurations and outputs. We do not claim ownership of your data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AutoAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from agent outputs or actions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
